* All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

* Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

* During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. 

2. Shipping Destinations

 We currently ship to: 

* Kuwait

* GCC Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)

* Selected international destinations

 If your country is not listed, please contact ÉVANGÉLINE PARIS before placing your order. 

3. Estimated Delivery Times 

Delivery times vary depending on your location:  

* Kuwait: 1–3 business days

* GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

* International Shipping: 5–12 business days

 Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs procedures or external factors beyond our control. 

4. Shipping Fees

 * Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

* Free shipping may be available during promotional campaigns or for eligible orders. 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders: 

* Shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

* These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

* ÉVANGÉLINE PARIS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures. 

6. Order Tracking

 * Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

* You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website. 

7. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. ÉVANGÉLINE PARIS is not responsible for: 

* Delays due to incorrect addresses

* Failed delivery attempts

* Shipments marked as “Delivered” by the courier

 If you experience any issues, contact us and we will assist you to the best of our ability. 

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

 If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

 * Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

* Provide photos of the product (if applicable)

* ÉVANGÉLINE PARIS will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible 

9. Split Shipments

 In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.
