Évangéline Paris

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made with Évangéline Paris. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. 

1. Delivery & Shipping

 * In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and delivered within up to 5 working days within Kuwait.

* Sale & Peak Periods: Delivery timelines may be extended during high-demand periods, promotional campaigns, or public holidays due to operational volume. 

2. Pre-Orders & Advance Payments

 * Pre-Order Access: Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis and require full or partial advance payment to secure allocation.

* Processing Timeline: Pre-order items are typically fulfilled within 12 to 20 working days, depending on stock availability and production schedules.

* Delivery estimates are indicative and may be subject to delay in exceptional circumstances. 

3. Incorrect or Mis-Shipped Items

 * In the rare event of an incorrect item being delivered, Évangéline Paris will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

* Customers must notify us immediately upon receipt or discovery of the issue. 

4. Returns & Exchanges Policy 

4.1 Hygiene-Sensitive Products (Strict Policy)

 For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following product categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold or opened:

 * Perfumes and fragrance products

* Body care and personal care products

* Any item with a broken, removed, or tampered seal, cellophane, or protective packaging

Once the original packaging or seal is compromised, the product is considered final sale with no eligibility for return or exchange. 

4.2 Non-Hygiene Products

 For eligible non-hygiene items (where applicable), returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

 * Return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

* Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

* Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be fully intact

* Items must be suitable for resale upon inspection 

4.3 General Conditions

 * Custom-made, personalized, or on-demand items are strictly final sale and non-refundable.

* All return requests must be pre-authorized by Évangéline Paris.

* Unauthorized, unapproved, or non-compliant returns will not be accepted or processed.
