Returns Policy

At Évangéline Paris, every product is carefully prepared and inspected to ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and luxury presentation. 

1. Return Request Window

* Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

* Requests made after this period will not be accepted. 

2. Hygiene-Sensitive
Products (Strict Policy)

For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items are strictly
non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold:

* Perfumes and fragrance products

* Body care and personal care products

* Any item with a broken, removed, or tampered seal, cellophane, or packaging

Once opened or used, these products are considered final sale. 

3. Non-Hygiene Products

Where applicable, non-hygiene items may be eligible for return or exchange under the
following conditions:

* Product must be unused and in original condition

* Packaging, tags, and accessories must be fully intact

* Item must be suitable for resale upon inspection

* Request must be approved prior to return 

4. Exchanges

* Exchanges are subject to product availability.

* If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or alternative solution may be offered. 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable under all circumstances:

* Custom-made or on-demand products

* Promotional or final-sale items

* Items not returned in original condition or without prior authorization 

6. Return Authorization

All returns must be pre-approved by Évangéline Paris.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.
